Publication Ethics & Practices
- The chief editor and the managing editor are responsible and take decision to select the articles for publication after blind review process.
- The chief editor or the managing editor do not carry any rights to influence the reviewers for acceptance of the papers.
- There should be a fair-play while selecting the papers irrespective of caste, greed, race, citizenship or sexual orientation. Paper selection should be on intellectual merit.
- The chief editor, managing editor and the editorial staff should not disclose any information of the submitted manuscript to anyone other than the author, reviewer and publisher.
- Any unpublished material of the submitted manuscript should not be used by anyone without the consent of the author.
- The PJMTR journal does not levy any publication charges from the author.
Instructions to Reviewers
- Paper received for PJMTR undergo blind review process.
- Review process help in taking editorial decisions and in improvising the paper.
- Reviewer’s name shall be kept anonymous before sending the comments to authors.
- The author’s name are kept confidential and only chief editor and managing editor will be privy to it.
- A reviewer who feels unqualified to review the assigned manuscript should notify promptly to the chief editor.
- Any manuscript received by the reviewer should be kept highly confidential and should not be shared to others, except the chief editor.
- The review process should be conducted objectively and there should not be any personal criticism. The views expressed by the reviewer should have justification for their arguments.

- The reviewer should look out for sources of acknowledgment cited by the authors. In-case the reviewer finds substantially similar manuscript, it should be immediately bought to the notice of the chief editor and managing editor.
- Any useful information found in the review process, should not be used for personal advantage.
- The review process should not take more than 6 weeks. Reviewer should abstain himself from reviewing paper which have conflicts of interest arising from relationship with authors, collaborative connections, institutions connected to the paper.
